My friends gave me some foraged wild garlic leaves and I decided there and then I wanted to do this dish. My family however refuses to eat bone marrow. They however love my home made pesto a lot and ever since my father in law taught me how to make the very first batch some 2 decades ago I have never can eat shop bought pesto in a jar again.
Please refer to this link on making pesto https://www.julieolive.co.uk/2020/11/12/basil-pesto-sauce/ As for the bone marrow I just make sure they are cleaned, scrapping with a knife and then I just bake them at 200C in my new air fryer for 15 minutes. Then I torched it with my blow torch. Easily sorted.
