- Garlic, onions (shallots if have) and ginger
Seasoning
- Seasoned oil (pork lard) for frying
- Oyster sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- Pinch of sugar
- Corn-starch slurry
- Chicken stock
- Sesame oil
- Rice wine.
