Drumstick leaves (Moringa leaves) prawns curry

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • Ref Pic Cinnamon Stick
  • Ref Pic Curry leaves
  • Ref Pic Pandan leaves
  • 1 nos Onion large minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 2 nos Large tomatoes cubed
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala ( or curry powder)
  • a tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder, I used Kashmiri
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Coconut water
  • 1 400ml tin Coconut Milk
  • 1 kg King Prawns
  • 1 pkt Moringa leaves
  • 3 nos Birdeye chillies
