- 500 g Pork ribs chopped small
- salted fish oil
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 - 2 tbsp Ginger juice (how much you like ginger)
- 1 - 2 tbsp Rice Wine
- 1 - 2 tsp Sesame oil
- Fresh spring onions
- Fresh red chillies
- Crispy ginger or shallots (optional)
