  • 500 g Pork ribs chopped small
  • salted fish oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Ginger juice (how much you like ginger)
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Rice Wine
  • 1 - 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • Fresh spring onions
  • Fresh red chillies
  • Crispy ginger or shallots (optional)
